Located in the heart of Bedford Stuyvesant, this extra-wide townhouse has both traditional elements (coal stoves, trim, exposed brick wall, Italianette architectural details, mahogany floors,) while also boasting a modern open floor plan with top-of the-line appliances (Bertuzzi, Miele). Plenty of natural light (as well as black-out shades), as well as recessed lighting and modern custom light fixtures. We have had films shot in the front of the home, all throughout the parlor floor, in the all-black master bedroom, on the parlor patio deck and in the backyard.
