About the Space
***Please note that the tree hanging above the pergola (from the photos) has been cut down as it was our neighbors tree.*** This spacious outdoor oasis is perfect for any and all showers, events and get togethers. The space is nestled between lush trees and is feet's away from the forest. This outdoor private space is idyllic in the warmer months and comes with plenty of seating. Furniture can be moved to suit your event or left as is. The main deck (left hand side) and surrounding areas can be used for dining, display, mingling, etc. The pergola can be used for entertaining and/or lounging with some cool shade. This space is perfect for anyone that is searching for a sunny, comfortable, inviting and fully customizable venue location. Maximum occupancy: 40 guests Outdoor string lights extend the length of the space for evening mood lighting. Refreshments are not included with rental. You are welcome to bring in anything you would like.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

So glad I came upon this space it was even more beautiful in person. My family & I Ioved it so much . Not only this but, Veneer is very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking this space again for future events.

We rented this space to host a bridal shower and to say that we had a good time would be an understatement! This would not have been possible without such an awesome host! Veever is simply incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She went above and beyond to ensure that the space was very clean and had all of the necessities and even more. She very readily offered us the use of her refrigerator to keep the cake, as well as speakers to play some music. When we needed an extra hour because our guests were enjoying the space so much and didn’t want to leave, she was gracious enough to communicate with us and extend it. If you’re looking for a nice, cozy outdoor space to host an event, look no further. This is it. You won’t regret it. Thank you so much Veever!
