Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We hire professional cleaning service to come in after each guest and provide disinfecting cleaning services of the entire unit.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

This location is perfect for podcasts or cooking shows. It features 3 areas designed for content creation. There's a full kitchen with many pots & pans and utensils. See pictures for images of all the cookware. There's an open floorplan with great natural lighting. Several areas are good for group podcast, or single podcast. Book to record content in bulk and drip release!

Parking for 2 vehicles included. 3 lots: 2 for oversized vehicles.

General Rules

No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. Please turn off the AC when you go out. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture unless necessary and if so please return furniture to its place. Please do your dishes. Please take the trash out before you leave. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please ensure balcony door is closed, locked and secure upon leaving unit. STAY OFF Pool Roof: DO NOT CLIMB on the pool roof. This is unsafe and could result in severe injury and damaged property. VIOLATORS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EVICTED.
