About the Space
The Main Floor is set up as a medical clinic with several offices, lab spaces and washrooms. The Second, Third and Forth Floor space is raw empty space with tall ceilings and vast rooms. These areas were previously used as a light manufacturing space. There is a total of 11,000 sf over four levels, however you can rent as little as one floor. Main floor is 4000 sf. Second floor is 4000 sf. Third floor is 2000 sf. forth floor is 1000 sf.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
