About Yours Durham
Our studio offers about 500 square feet of usable space. There are huge east facing windows allowing for natural light photography, videography and anything else we may not have thought of! There is a 20x20 soft white wall for seamless shots. We also have a rolling 8x8 backdrop. Painting can be done with advanced notice for $75. All furniture and the rolling back drop can be moved behind the wall to allow for more space. We have a variety of furniture, plants and props for you to use during your session. We also have places to hang clothing. There is also a loft area with additional seating at the back of the studio. Two bathrooms as well as a full kitchen are available to guests. This part of the building is in a shared space with another business so please be respectful of that. Included during your session: - clothing steamer - projector - wi-fi - speakers - static, video lights with soft boxes - reflector - soft box for use with external flashes - tripod - monopod - backdrop stand with paper backdrops Optional add ons: - audio kit (recorder, lav mic, shotgun mic, etc.) - painting of rolling back drop - custom color paper backdrops - camera + lens rentals - photo printing Any questions, just ask!

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
