All in an affordable package, and a convenient location - near the Sydney CBD in Annandale. Whether you're making a Tik Tok video, Insta Reel, a corporate interview or a fashion shoot, this photo and video studio gives you complete control to bring to life anything you can imagine! - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was clean, quiet, and Beau went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Great price and the location is easily accessible with public transport. Highly recommended!

Beau was a super receptive and helpful host. The space was great for what we needed it for - a small video shoot with one talent. Beau provided a backdrop which was great along with other helpful shoot accessories. Would recommend!

I am very happy with this venue and I will definitely be using it again in the future. I held workshops in the studio over three days and the space perfectly catered to my needs for a great price. Most importantly, Beau was extremely helpful in addressing all my questions and requirements. He really went above and beyond with helping me out.

Beau was incredibly accommodating to our needs, and was available for assistance when needed. This is a very convenient location that I cannot recommend enough. You get much more than what you pay for regarding rate, and the studio lighting available was incredibly helpful for the photos we were taking. Will definitely be adding this to the list of regular shooting locations!

Beau's space is fantastic. It's very conveniently located on multiple bus routes, and has fantastic resources - a green screen and other coloured backdrops, studio lighting, various tripods and mounts, a green room with a kitchen, and a makeup room with proper lighting and basic styling tools. We were really impressed by the facilities and found everything we needed right away. The space is surprisingly quiet given the location but you do get occasional noise from very large vehicles and planes. Our lavalier mic didn't pick this up so it wasn't an issue for us, but it likely wouldn't suit spatial audio.
