The outdoor space is plentiful, with plenty of open grass space for you to curate your event to fit your needs. Our pool can comfortably accommodate 10 individuals swimming at one time. We have everything you would need to have fun in our space: √ Life-Size Connect 4 √ Cornhole √ Jenga √ UNO √ 4/20 Friendly √ Poolside Basketball √ Poolside Volleyball √ Speakers for rent √ Charcoal Grills for rent √ Multiple free seating areas include lounge seating, picnic tables, high top table with 4 chairs, and pool chairs. √ 4-additional 60-inch round tables that can seat up to 40 people for rent. √ 40 additional chairs for rent. **There are NO LIFEGUARDS on duty; you are responsible for yourself (guests) while in the pool—no running around the pool sides.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
