This rental is a loft-style apartment available for small intimate parties. Large windows, concrete floors, open concept, full kitchen. Our versatile, compartmentalized yet airy space can be transformed to fit the unique requirements of your event needs. Minimum booking is 6 hours. since it's a high-rise residential building. Please be mindful of the below rules: -Loud music, jumping, and yelling, is not allowed. You may have moderate-volume music. - Hanging out in the hallway or in the parking lot is not allowed. -Smoking in the studio or building is not allowed. The building is a smoke-free zone.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We maintain our own checklist to ensure that we are following cleaning procedures. The place is inspected 15 minutes before any booking to ensure cleaning and disinfection. Masks and gloved to be provided to the guests upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
