The space is not soundproof. Sound can be heard from other studios. Generally speaking it's never really loud.

Staircase or elevator with 48hr advance notice.

Common areas such as staircase and front of the building are off limits for shooting.

• NO outside speakers. There's a bluetooth speaker available for your use in the studio. • DO NOT leave the door open during your booking. • NO LOUD MUSIC, NO LIVE MUSIC and NO excessive stomping on the floors. We have to respect the neighboring studios, especially during daytime hours. • Your booking should show exactly how many people are attending. • The hallways and staircase and front of building are NOT a part of your booking. Please only use the studio space. • OVERTIME: Overtime is subject to 1.5 times the hourly rate extra charge If you do not notify the host 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals. • DO NOT move the wall lights or lean anything on them. • Leave the space in the same condition that you found it, there is a trash bin by the door. Excess trash and mess will result in an additional cleaning fee. • Absolutely NO smoking marijuana, cigarettes in the studio or anywhere in the building - Any smoking will result in an $500 fee and an automatic non-refundable cancellation. • NO confetti, glitter, feather or anything similar should be used. This will result in a HIGHER cleaning fee. • BE ON TIME. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the studio. You cannot enter the studio early, and you’re expected to vacate your studio no later than the time your reservation ends. • Use of the Spotlight, LED Cube, Bullet Hole Set, and other add-ons must be booked in advance. If added after you shoot start time, they'll be charged with an additional Peerspace processing fee.
