- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was perfect for our corporate retreat. Good spaces for breakout sessions and the staff was super helpful.

We hosted our 30th anniversary party with about 40 people. This space was absolutely perfect. With the three separate spaces, but still connected, it gave us lots of room to spread out, to stand in groups or sit in groups, a little entertainment with foosball table and shuffle board and Pac-Man game. Our guests remarked how lovely the decor was, and how comfortable the atmosphere was. The staff was helpful leading up to the party and also very good at giving us our space as we set up the food. Parking is something to consider as there is limited spaces near the building, but ample parking a block away. This space was a huge part of the success of the party! Highly recommend it.

It was beautifully furnished, had lots of natural light, lots of space to accommodate crew and talent, and a basic kitchen for food service. It afforded several looks for b-roll as well. Some slight sound bleed of telephones and light foot traffic with the adjoining office were our only concerns from an audio standpoint. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, responsive, and really great to work with overall.
