About The Patternworks Space
13-foot Ceilings throughout the shooting space. It is free on-street parking at the entry as well as a loading dock around the back with a 7.5-foot wide double door opening. High-speed internet. If load in or out on a seperate day or outside the scheduled hours is additional to the hourly rate if outside the 8 hrs of use. $35/hr loading in and out. HVAC is run through the floor and quiet. Old industrial windows still intact with additional black velvet curtains on tracks for natural light options in the afternoon. Every surface is cleaned prior to entry. Counters, bathroom is fully wiped down and scrubbed throughout including high touch areas between all customer groups.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
