This space is ideal for elegant poolside cocktail hours or intimate garden-style ceremonies under the Arizona sunset. • Gourmet Chef’s Kitchen: Perfect for hosting a private chef experience or elegant catering. Features a 6-foot fridge, gourmet cooktop, and a fully-stocked automatic espresso station for your guests. • The Great Room: A sun-drenched, open-concept lounge with designer furniture and a gas fireplace. You'll love this refined backdrop for indoor receptions or formal dining. Enjoy ample table space and seating in the dining areas (indoor and out) surrounding the main area. • The Arcade Lounge: A unique "fun" zone for your guests (and their kids!) to enjoy retro games, providing a distinct conversational area away from the main gathering. GUIDELINES FOR A SUCCESFULL EVENT To maintain our high standards and local compliance, we require the following: • Intimate Guest Counts: We specialize in smaller groups to ensure a personalized experience. • Noise Conscious: We love hosting refined gatherings. In accordance with Scottsdale ordinances, amplified outdoor music or excessive noise is strictly prohibited to respect our neighbors. • Professional Conduct: All events must be private and by invitation only. No "public" or ticketed events are permitted. • Parking & Logistics: We offer ample driveway parking and 3.5 bathrooms to ensure your guests' comfort without impeding neighborhood parking.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between guests. We also provide outdoor areas, and the ground floor living room can be opened up to the outside via two sliding doors.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
