About the Space
This is a perfect space for hosting and gathering. Open floor plan with kitchen, living, and dining area all together. Large 5-panel doors in living room open to the backyard. Painted "Nola" inspired mural in the backyard. This is a brand new home. Kitchen, dining, living room, and half bathroom are all available. Backyard with large porch and outdoor sink are also included. House includes an automated gate for secure parking. Can fit up to two cars in the backyard. Kitchen includes full amenities, cooking dishes, utensils, and glasses are all available. All upgraded stainless steal appliances. Gas stove. House has great lighting, expansive windows, and A/C & heating. Washer & dryer are NOT included. Upstairs is NOT included.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space was so amazing and the perfect backdrop for our NOLA engagement party! Alisha was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our event. The space has everything you need and plenty of space for your guests to mingle, eat, drink, dance, and enjoy. It’s already beautifully decorated, so we didn’t need much decor for our party. Just small details to make it our own celebration. The kitchen and island are setup for entertaining, and there’s plenty of room for serving guests. The best part is the free flow from inside to outside with the doors opened up (top tier energy 👌🏽)…and the graffiti wall in the back patio area was a hit. Everyone loved taking pictures there and we received so many compliments on the space. Our friends kept asking, “how did you guys find this place?” I’m just so glad we did. Our party was an entire vibe! Thanks for everything Alisha. We highly recommend this space to anyone who’s looking for a unique and intimate entertainment space.

Lovely, well furnished space - perfect for filming with a small crew. Host was off-site but easy to contact during the shoot. Easy check in and out. Would definitely film here again.

Absolutely gorgeous. My guest were amazed. This is a great space with everything you would need the host your event. The host was amazing and extremely helpful. I will be using this property again, as well as some of my guest. I highly recommend. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy your space.
