The home is professionally cleaned between visits.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Great space for a wedding party to get ready or other small gatherings and meetings. There are two bedrooms a full bathroom and half bath. Fully stacked kitchen seating area and bar stools at the peninsula. The house is sunny and bright, modern and clean. On the main floor there are French doors leading to a little balcony.

Parking description

Parking is available in the car port just under the house. Additional cars must park on the adjacent street 200m from house.

General Rules

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed No late night parties No parking along the white fence across from the house (neighbors don’t have access to their driveways) Note there are two sets of stairs, one at entrance and another to get to top floor bedrooms

Security cameras and recording devices

There is one nest camera at the entrance of house.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
