Logistics The space is an 80x30 vehicle accessible black box featuring a 20'x16' pre lit cyc wall and lighting grid. Along with the convenience of large open space we also offer gear rental and gaffing services. 1 restroom and an office/lounge. 3-4 parking spots if more parking is needed let us know ahead and we will ask neighbors nearby for permission. We also have an extra a/v room that’s sound proof from outside noise for addition rental. Neighborhood details We are in a more industrial area conveniently located near many a big box stores and restaurants. The area has a police station and many government facilities near by which keeps crime rate one of the best in the city.
