This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental house that is impeccably decorated and has a fully landscaped yard. It would be perfect for a photo shoot to create content with a chic desert vibe. IG moment with a custom Tucson mural from a local artist. The primary use of this house is a vacation rental, but was designed to be highly photogenic, so we're opening up the calendar between bookings for photo and content shoots!

We take the health and safety of our guests very seriously. After each stay, our fully-vaccinated, professional cleaners sanitize The Verde. All dishes, linens, and silverware are thoroughly washed. We also stock cleaning products and disinfectants in the house for your use. We also have a Levoit air purifier with HEPA filter to help keep the air clean and reduce dust.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
