There are three rooms that lend them selves to break out areas or for private calls. The space is completely temperature controlled, and the walls have the ability to open to the street if you prefer fresh air. Let us know your workspace needs and we will help get you set up. Located in the heart of Williamsburg, it is very easy to get to from Manhattan or any part of Brooklyn. Bluetooth Sound System » There are 4 large Bose speakers throughout the space. They are wired to every room so you have continuous sound throughout. All hook up via Bluetooth via receiver. Furniture & Meeting Equipment » All furniture in the photos is included. » Please inquire about any additional equipment needed for your meeting. Heating & Air Conditioning » The inside is fully heated and very cozy in the colder months. » The inside also has strong AC to keep cool in the warmer months. Food & Beverage » We DO have a large refrigerator (no freezer), a large kitchen sink & 2 buckets for icing beverages. » We DO NOT have a stovetop, oven or microwave. » Bring your own food & beverage (including alcohol) at no extra charge. 🜁 Check In The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by telephone and able to return to the space if needed. 🜂 Check Out The host will be on site at your check out time to do a final walkthrough and lock up. Please do not leave before your check out time unless you have contacted your host and they have arrived to lock the space. 🜃 Cleaning Fee There is a cleaning fee of $100. Please inquire about waiving this fee if you are a small group with no food or alcohol. 🜄 About Us We provide boutique event venues for intimate gatherings.
