About the Space
Open space eclectic loft with unique decor and colors. Three different areas in the same space (kitchen, living room and bedroom) that will work great for your shoot, film or video. 9 windows fill the space with plenty of natural light, tall ceilings (up to 11 feet tall), beautiful original hardwood floors, exposed brick and wood panel ceilings, give the space a lot of character with a modern mid century twist. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Where do I begin? Marco is an amazing host! Place looks exactly like in the pictures. I shot a music video there and half of my job was already don because of his stellar decor. Super great at communicating and I definitely recommend booking for videos, pictures, interviews etc.

The space was perfect for our shot. Lots of natural light from the windows, plus unique lighting through the space. The length of the space also allowed for some different perspectives which was nice. Will definitely be keeping this space in mind for future shoots.

I would book again for the space and esthetic, however my session was interrupted twice by the next scheduled person 30 mins early because I was told not to lock the door. I was charged a cleaning fee up front, but there’s no way that cleaning was done prior to the next person. I called and messaged and never received a reply. This process needs work and I do believe that I should be credited the charge for cleaning (that didn’t happen)
