Rules are for safety purposes during your stay. •Reservation window> 6AM to 11:30PM Also open to accepting bookings outside of the standard reservation window. •Events & Guests> Only the number of guests listed are welcome. Glitter and confetti are prohibited! Outside catering is allowed. •Parking> Maximum of 6 vehicles permitted on the property; Street parking is available. •Damages> broken or missing items will result in a fine. This includes damages from decor on walls. •Smoking> no smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises. Evidence of smoking (including but not limited to odors, burn marks, etc.) will result in a fine. •Sanitation> bodily fluids should never be discovered by our cleaning crew. There is a $60 fee if bodily fluids are discovered by my cleaning crew. There is a $20 fee if trash is not secured properly in a trash bag upon check out. •Lockouts> guests are financially responsible if a locksmith is required for re-entry. •Furniture> in the case that furniture is moved; it must be returned to its original location. •Security Deposit> a $200 security deposit is required for all bookings & must be paid prior to check in. The security deposit is not included in the hourly rate. Security deposits are fully refundable if rules are respected and the condition of the property + its contents are preserved. Deposit refunds are issued within 48 hours of the reservation end time. *Note: -Failure to follow check-out instructions will result in a $50 fine. -Failure to leave on time will result in a $75 fine every hour.
