Beautiful natural light! 1920s Spanish architecture mixed with mid-century modern vibe, newly remodeled Boho-chic/Scandi kitchen and large backyard perfect for outdoor shoots. Backyard has modern Gazebo with dining area, gravel seating area with firepit. High coved ceilings, unique arches. Bright, natural light in all rooms. Owner is a photographer so all photography art cleared for use. Holly was a great host and incredibly timely with her responses! This house is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. There is plenty of natural light that streams into the kitchen, perfect for our product/cooking shots. Highly recommend for lifestyle shoots!
