A professional cleaning company does a full clean in between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our home sits on the side of a hill and is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home was completely renovated in 2021 and has been decorated with a modern feel. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a dedicated kids room with a bunk bed, table and chairs, bookshelf, toys, TV, etc. The living room has a couch, four chairs, a TV and electric fireplace. The decor is modern and simple. The dining table seats 8. Right behind the dining table is a sliding door that leads to an outdoor deck with lounge seating and a giant connect four for entertainment. Please note that because the home sits on the side of a hill, there are 12-14 steps to access the front door.

There is a small shared driveway to get to our home. Our home is on the LEFT and you can fit 4 cars outside our home.

The circuit breaker is located on the exterior of the home where the driveway is. There are many outlets throughout the home and they can all be used.

General Rules

HOUSE RULES: - Remove shoes indoors. - No parties and loud music. - Quiet time is from 10pm - 7am. - No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and outside the house. - No illegal activity. - If catering food, must clear details with host. - Do not flush sanitary items down the toilet. The house is on a septic system so toilets will get clogged if anything other than toilet paper is flushed.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have two exterior ring cameras to ensure the property is safe at all times. One faces the driveway and the other one faces the large deck.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
