Perfect for meetings, recordings, and intimate events, this minimalist and newly renovated space provides a relaxed and private environment while being a mere 7 minutes from LAX, 10 minutes from the Beach, and 10 minutes from the So-Fi stadium. - Tables and Additional Chairs can be provided free of charge to ensure a group of 10 are comfortable. - Kitchen ware and use of kitchen appliances is allowed. - Coffee is provided. Sweeteners, additives must be provided by meeting guests.

Our space is cleaned after every booking by our cleaning team, using the highest standard of cleaning supplies and products, as well as making that any fabrics, dishes, etc are disinfected or replaced as necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
