About the Space
This Studio is perfect for photography or film rentals , including small gatherings , meetings and/or classes. Unique design with Grass wall , swing , open area or any purpose needed by artist or client. The studio also has a full bathroom with antique tub setting that can be added to the rental as well. The bathroom can be used for scenes in photoshoots video shoots & more. Classes are also welcomed to host here.

Professional cleaning crew comes daily to Ensure sanitation. Staff cleans and sanitizes in between bookings as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
