Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our 2200 ft.² studio, located in downtown Laurinburg, NC -includes over 1000 ft.² of newly renovated space for rental purposes for photographer and videographers. The space includes an exposed brick wall, a sound room, a large cyc wall, backdrops and more. Whether your an experienced photographer in need of an indoor space, a videographer filming a commercial, a content creator working a podcast, or even a sports team or dance studio needing a large white cyc wall to capture participants -we can service all of your needs.

There is street parking in front of studio as well as parking in the parking lot that's located directly behind the studio.

Electrical system description

In our newly renovated area, there are 4 outlets. There are a total of 12 within the building. I stock power cords if a client needs more power than available within the newly renovated space.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No smoking. No food or alcohol are permitted. There is no cleaning fee however if substantial debris and neglect is done to the space, a fee may be applicable. This is professional environment.

Security cameras and recording devices

Our devices are located within the main public areas (and of course, not in dressing room).

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
