NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties or large gatherings without prior written approval from management. All people on the property must be registered and disclosed in your reservation. We do allow our guests to have visitors, but no more than 10 people can be on the property at a time. NO SMOKING: There is absolutely no smoking tolerated inside our property. Guests who smoke or tamper with any anti-smoking devices will immediately be evicted without refund and will be subject to a $500 fine per violation. PETS: Your pet must be registered with management. Pet fee's are $10/day/pet. We provide dog blankets and pillows as well as dog bowls. Please pick up any pet waste. Failure to pick up pet waste will result in a $250 fine.

Production insurance required with the LLC that owns this house listed as an insured.

Renter responsible for any damages.
