This place has been cleaned thoroughly and sanitized with professional cleaning product which kills Virus and bacteria
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
This is a unique location for nature lovers, bird watchers, fishermen alike. From the luxurious lake views, the walking trails around the disc golf course, easy access to the Gator Boardwalk, best seafood on the gulf coast, and a short drive to downtown Mobile; this is the dream location to unplug while traveling. Just 3 minutes from I-10 between AL to FL. There is a plethora of wildlife just off the back step including turtles, fish, birds, frogs, insects, etc.

Parking description
2 Cars parking in front of the house. More can can park at the Daphne Central Park which is one minute walk from this property
General Rules
- Please do not park the car on the grass/dirt and no exceed the hedge line. If more than 2 cars, please park the rest at Daphne Central Park (one minute walk)
- There shall not be smoking inside the home or the building. A $300 penalty or per odor cleaning invoice will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out.
- Room inventory ( towels, pillows, linen, remotes etc.) are intended for you to use while staying in this room only and are not to be taken out.
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to some guests and myself being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to the other guests and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled and a $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- Keep the doors and windows closed at all times so that bugs and animals will not make themselves at home. Mosquitoes and natures creatures are present.
- No parties within this property. If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests and any visitors from the property without a refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a $50 per guest fine will be charged.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Cost to replace a lost or damaged key is $50.
- No flushing of anything other than toilet paper. Trash can is available in the bathroom.
- The toilet seat lid cannot take for more than 2 lbs so please do not exceed this weight or sit on it.
- White towels and bedding items shall not be used to clean dirt, makeup or anything that will cause dark stain on.
