About the Space
Our 904 sq ft industrial-style studio is located in the Station North Arts District in central Baltimore. Our space is carefully curated by + for creatives, featuring a minimal and eclectic atmosphere with lots of natural light. Our 13ft cyclorama wall is the perfect backdrop for crisp visuals, events, performances, etc. Our studio is equipped with a variety of props and equipment available upon booking. Alté Labs serves as a creative hub, photo studio, event space, and community for creatives based in the DMV area 🎈 Follow us on instagram @Alte.labs to stay connected with our community and see some work created in our space! Studio Features: - 904sq ft of space - Cyclorama wall - Large windows with great natural light - Open 7 days a week from 8 am to 10pm by appointment - Free Street Parking - Climate-controlled space - Bathrooms Included with your booking: - 2+ Strobes - 2 Octaboxes - Light stands/C-stands - Soft box Modifier + Large Umbrella - Grid - Reflectors - Bluetooth speaker - Fabric steamer - Wardrobe rack Extras: -Seamless backdrop paper (105” x 36’ & 86” x 36’) Additional $20 added to your booking fee. -Colors - mint green, lavender, pink, orange, sunflower yellow and mocha -Fabric backdrops $10 Lateness Policy We suggest for any of our clients arriving late to contact our studio before their session. Initial bookings will not be automatically extended past session time. If more time is needed for session due to lateness, clients can book an extension through our booking portal if there is necessary time available for that day.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Nice place and studio
Nice place and studio
The space is exactly as described. Took off 1 Star as the space manager was 10 minutes behind. My team arrived 15 minutes early to set up but no one was there. Once she arrived it took her about 5 minutes or so to set the lights up. I booked the space for 1 hour and 30 minutes from 7pm to 8:30pm she had no other bookings after and said she could not grant us the time that we missed due to her tardiness. We mentioned that she was late and we would like our full time. She said she could only do 5 minutes but acted as if it was a hassle to do so. Overall great space and great communication from the host, but a better team is needed. Did not have a problem with her being late but shortening our time due to her tardiness was unprofessional

The studio was fantastic! It was well-equipped, clean, and provided great lighting for our shoot. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This space was exactly like the photos. I enjoyed the ease of using the space and even when there was a hiccup with the original plans the host was super accommodating and worked tirelessly until we were able to come up with a solution. I appreciate the intention & effort and my client was super pleased with the space and with the pictures. Thank you for the extra effort and continuing to problem solve despite all the obstacles.
