Please don't pull all the way down to the house. The driveway is steep, with a sharp curve, and a narrow path. We have had several guests almost get stuck there in bad weather. We have created two parking spots immediately to the right after pulling into the driveway. It's best to park at the top of the driveway where it's flat, or in the gravel parking area which can fit two vehicles at the top of the pathway down to the home.

No smoking or vaping inside the house. All smoking or vaping must be done outdoors/on the porch. Please clean up and dispose of cigarettes. Smoking in the house will lead to a $500 dollar fee. No pets or animals of any sort in our home- $500 fee for each animal on the premises. Please note- we welcome small children, families, and infants. However, it is up to you whether this listing is suitable for your children. No parties. We do not accept any booking for parties. No Parking inside the garage or on the street. Please park cars only in the driveway. Three vehicles maximum. Absolutely no guests under 25 years of age. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am. We don't provide an EV charging station. Smart Tv's- we don't provide any accounts guests use their own Netflix, HBO, Hulu etc. Playstation- You will need your own Playstation now account. We don't provide one or any physical games in the home We ask for an ID of the guest who is booking and the full name of each adult guest staying with us so that we can register your group with our HOA/community. We offer a six-person saltwater hot tub; please note: when using the hot tub, you are doing so at your own risk. You wave any and all rights to liability for health risks or injuries that could occur while using the hot tub. Late check-out- if you are late checking out and this results in extra cleaning or management fees those costs will be passed on to you. If your late check out prevents us from honoring the next check-in at 4 pm, any costs or any refunds that must be offered to the next guests for being unable to honor their reservation as promised will be passed on to you. This means- refunding their first night or their entire stay if they cancel- those costs will be your financial responsibility. This is a premium product, we spent a ton of time and effort rehabbing and doing interior design here. Please be respectful and leave the property in the condition it was in when you enter the home. We use a photographed walk-through checklist at check-in and check out, any additional cleaning costs, damage, or repairs will be charged to you after check out.
