Book our unique bright eclectic home in East Miramar. Thoughtfully designed with antiques, colors and patterns makes this home feel cozy and creates the perfect atmosphere for an inspiring experience. There is plenty of parking. Driveway can fit up to 4 cars comfortably.

Lighting description

Most of the natural light is in the Florida room because it has lots of windows. There’s also lots of natural light in the home office. These rooms have window roller shade and curtains to cover the light if so desire. The main living room has natural light as well but is not as strong as the two above.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our street is not too busy, you can’t hear much of the car noise most of the time and our appliances do not make noise.

The house is one level, there’s two steps to enter the home.

Staging area is available

There is a guest bathroom and a back room that can be used for set up

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The circuit breaker is in the laundry room. There is 4 outlets in the Florida room, 1 in the dining area, 2 in the kitchen, 3 in the living room, 1 in the bathroom and 2 in the office.

General Rules

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and decoration can be moved within the house. Everything needs to remain inside and put back in place after you are done filming.

Security cameras and recording devices

There's a ring camera in the front door of the house that records video and audio. There is also a camera in the living room that records live video, no audio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful home! Plenty of space for equipment. You can pull your car/truck up the front door which made it very easy to bring all the equipment in. Reyna was a fantastic host super helpful, accommodating and friendly. 100% would book again.
