COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The house is professionally cleaned. The owners will wear masks. The crew provides all health supplies and tests and checks vax status on all crew/talent. All wear masks except for talent on camera and all during meals.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This grand house has much white and is very well furnished and decorated. Each room has a touch of a beach vibe yet it's upscale as well. It sits directly on the beach with many ocean views. Beautiful deck and pool. Fashion will look great here as will any production needing beach access or this type of elegant home. Security dep: $1000 Cleaning fee: $250 We highly suggest a scout visit, as photos can not be guaranteed.
