NO PARTIES The space The first floor is an open concept with the living room, office work area, powder room, kitchen and dining. The French doors walk out to a 10 foot deck where you can cookout on the grill with perfect summer weather. The deck steps down to a lush turf patch on which you can relax, exercise, picnic or play light sports. The Pergola in the yard is also perfect for sitting out and hosting - Allow its evening lights to electrify your vacation moments and pictures. The second floor houses 2 bedrooms and one full hallway bath. The master suite is also on the second floor with its en suite bathroom. The last bedroom is found in the basement along with a full bathroom, an entertainment area, Pool/air hockey table and a laundry section. The basement also has a walk out access to the yard. Guests can park up to 4 cars in the private driveway. Street parking is also available on the main and side streets between. Guest access The neighborhood is safe and has a decent walk score. The closest bus stop is only about a minute walk from the house and the house is also very close to Baltimore pike which is a main access artery into Philadelphia.
