The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each event. High touched surface areas are wiped clean and sofa cushions are steamed/washed between use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our chic backyard is the perfect location for your small outdoor event, be it a game night with friends/family, a birthday party, engagement celebration, bridal/baby shower and so much more. Located in the East NY section of Brooklyn with plenty of parking and direct access to the A/C line within minutes. The space comes furnished with a comfy sectional, along with various stools. There is a full bar area. Use of the indoor bathroom and kitchen area is included. Add On's: - Folding Tables - Folding Chairs - Table Clothes

Free street parking

Parking description

There is free street parking available on the block and surrounding area. The Grant Ave municipal lot is located directly behind the property, where there is paid parking until 9PM and free thereafter (Free on Sundays)

General Rules

Not allowed: No loitering in front of property or neighboring homes. No pets, Loud Noise after 10 PM. Hours: Our space is available for the duration of your booked time. Additional hours for load-in, load-out, and any other access to the space must be included in our contact. Clean up: * All furnishings must be placed back in their original position. * All trash must be placed in their respective bags/bins. Blue Bin - Recycle ONLY. Black Bin - all other trash. Cleaning fee does not include decoration/scrap removal.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are two security cameras that are located in the outdoor space and will be on during the event.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
