This space is perfect for photoshoots, music videos, podcasts, promotions and much more This apartment has two master bedrooms and master bathrooms Ceiling fans throughout the apartment wonderful natural light can be blocked in. Pool view Kitchen and living room are fitted with exclusive, decorative granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors in all rooms are available for shoots. Shooting outside the building is allowed with access to circuit breakers.

General Rules
This is a Smart home with Self-check-in with a smart lock.
No Smoking, No Pets, and No Parties or Events
OCCUPANCY: There can NOT be more than the documented persons associated with your booking in or on the property at any given time. Parties are not allowed.
SMOKING FEE: This is a non-smoking community. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or anywhere on the property. Guest in violation of this policy will be subject to a penalty of up to $500 and or immediate removal from the property without a refund. Tobacco (vapes, cigarettes, hookah) and/or any illegal substances a strictly prohibited. If the guest is found in violation and on the rental term the lease is terminated effective immediately without any refund.
RESPECT: Please remember that this is NOT a hotel, this is a residential community. Guest will respect the residents that live in the building and WILL NOT disturb our neighbors. Furniture and household items should be handled with care. The guest will not remove any items from the home. The guest agrees to inform the host of damages and or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Guest WILL NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, you could be charged for damages. Guests agree to leave the property clean and tidy.

For the protection of our guests, our cleaning standards are based on the CDC recommendation for COVID-19. We use a professional third-party cleaning/ sanitizing our cleaning company uses during every checkout.
Electrostatic Sprayer technology after each check out/before each check-in. This sprayer covers all surfaces of our home to ensure the safety of our guests!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
