COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned before and after each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

There is parking available on the property and street parking available.

General Rules

1. No smoking. 2. No weapons allowed on the property. 3. If you show up with more people than booked for your reservation, it will be cancelled without refund. No exceptions. 4. If approved prior to the booking there is a $30 flat charge for each additional person over the max amount of people allowed for this listing. 5. This listing is for access to the areas shown in the photos. It is NOT for the entire house. 6. No photos or filming outside of the house. Production companies can make special request that will need approved prior. 7. We DO NOT accept payments off the Peerspace platform.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras located in the front and back of the property.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
