There is free parking available on the street.
General Rules
1. No smoking inside the house.
2. No weapons allowed on the property.
3. If you show up with more people than booked for your reservation, it will be cancelled without refund. No exceptions.
4. If approved prior to the booking there is a $30 flat charge for each additional person over the max amount of people allowed for this listing.
5. This listing is for access to the common areas shown in the photos. It is does NOT include the bedrooms. If you would like access to the backyard or one of the bedrooms please ask prior to your booking.
6. No photos or filming outside of the house. Production companies can make special request that will need approved prior.
7. We DO NOT accept payments off the Peerspace platform.
8. COI's are required from productions companies.

Health and Safety Measures
The house is professionally cleaned before and after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
