A gorgeous ground floor studio/storefront fully furnished and curated with one of a kind and vintage furniture pieces. Featuring big garage doors to let natural light in. Studio Era features multiple set ups. Every corner is photogenic and uniquely styled. This open concept space is sprawled across 850 sq ft with 12 foot ceilings and has amazing natural light with large, south-facing industrial style garage door. Located near Dupont and Dufferin. The perfect place for your unique photoshoots, workshops, creative meetings, and pop ups! This space is ideal for photoshoots, product launches, etc. Many of our pieces used to furnish our studio are available for purchase. If you’re interested in any furniture or homewares, please contact us for more information. Ideal for photoshoots, video shoots, meetings, workshops, art exhibits ***NOT ideal for live shooting due to soundproofing in the building (old industrial building so the sound proofing is not great) Please note, we are not allowed to host photoshoots involving nudity due to being on the ground floor and windows being seen by the public. No nudity or pornographic photoshoots are allowed. ***We try to keep things fresh so the studio set up may change often so please check updated photos :)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
