About the Space
Our space is a house on the Puget Sound in Seattle. We have a 180 degree view of the water with plenty of charming houses nearby. The house itself offers an open floor plan with plenty of room for cameras and crew. We have a very large deck with ample space as well. The house has thirteen feet ceilings in the main room. There are two bathrooms upstairs and two bedrooms. Please only shoot the upstairs area. The kitchen is open to the main room and dining room. They view is spectacular. Lots of natural sunlight with an eastern exposure.

The space is cleaned regularly. High touch areas are cleaned more frequently.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
