Please note that the description is under constant development as we are finalizing recent upgrades to the house to provide an even better and more beautiful space for your photo sessions or video shoots. Our space would work well as an affordable space for any photo or video session. There are two floors available for your use with approximately 800 sq ft each. The bottom floor is more of a man cave/office space finished in light industrial style. the second/main floor includes a comfy living room connected with a dining/kitchen area with access to a terrace with an overlook to Chattachooche Nature woods.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
