About the Space
Located in a converted two-car garage at my personal residence and studio. Live room available for full days from 12 Noon - 10PM daily and select hours beyond. Room features a full wall of guitar amplifiers and cabinets, as well as a variety of other musical items. Control room of the studio is available for an additional cost, and only on select dates. Full-scale audio recording capable at day-rates.

Lighting description
Natural light available in the control room of the studio only. LED bulbs and light strips are installed in the live room to provide desired atmospherics. Additional LED spotlights available on request. Control room has blackout curtains if desired as well.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
Neighborhood noise is nearly 100% eliminated by multiple layers of soundproofing. AC noise can be audible in control room, but not in live room.

Equipment loading description
Studio live room has separate loading door and prep area accessible from street level. If control room is also rented (additional cost), separate entrance is available.
Staging area is available
Space consists of recording live room and control room (available at additional cost) - control room can be available for staging. Additional space can be available for staging and dress in the residence with advance booking and notice.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Unless agreed to in advance, all areas outside of the studio control room and live room are off limits for shooting.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Standard residential power raiting. Power conditioners available on every wall with additional power conditioner extensions available on request. Circuit breaker is located just outside of the control room inside the residence. Host is always available for assistance at all times.

General Rules
Space is non-smoking and utilizes a shared restroom with another music studio and educational service. Catering and/or takeout available from local eateries. No alcohol preferred within the space itself.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Amps / musical gear can be moved around at request with assistance from the host. Wall decor is installed for sound control purposes and unable to be removed.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Exterior security cameras that record video and audio. They are always on. Main live-room also has a camera that is typically always on, but can be disabled.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
All instruments and common surfaces are disinfected after each session, and social distancing is encouraged when allowed. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
