We fully understand that exposure to covid is REAL. We also understand that in some cases it is out of your control. As a small business we not only feel the consequences of this firsthand but understand it can damper your experience as well. With that being said if you are unable to make it to your booking we will gladly reschedule your time if notified. We are however unable to offer a refund. We will abide by the Peerspace policy listed. We ask for your understanding and communication with the matter.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
