The 55'' TV in the living area and the TV in the main bedroom have apps for all the major content providers like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. as well as live TV via YouTube TV. For music lovers there are Sonos speakers throughout the house. The Kitchen has been updated with new appliances, cabinets and all the modern cooking supplies you will need. We also have a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. In the back yard there is a gas grill. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
