This 760 sq ft dance studio is the perfect space for any dance or artistic rehearsal. The open layout features 14 ft ceilings, marley flooring, and poles for practice or teaching classes. Additionally, the studio has aerial rig points for classes, allowing for more versatile practices. The poles can be stored away to create a more traditional dance or acting troupe rehearsal space. No street shoes allowed. You may wear tennis shoes or heels etc but only shoes that are only worn inside and for dance etc . not shoes you wore in from outside please. Please note that there is an adjacent smaller dance studio and kitchen listed separately that are not included in the rental of this space but can be added to your reservation for an additional fee.

At Soar Creative LLC, we require masks upon entry and while walking around common areas. Spaces are cleaned before and after use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
