Have your Halloween party here! Photo shoot, film shoot and event space. Perfect for boudoir shoots, short films, video shoots, murder mystery dinner parties, tea parties, scenes, acting class, theatre class, SINGING LESSONS! (Great Acoustics!) Meetings, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Private instrument lessons. Price is on a tier system. 1-5 guests $90 per hour 6-10 guests $110per hour 11-20 guests $125 per hour 20-30 guests $135 per hour

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
