About the Space

The railroad came to Lebanon, Mo in 1868. Infrastructure soon followed. Our historic downtown building was built in the late 1800s and was soon owned by the Palmer family. Historic photos highlight Palmer Furniture as proprietors of furniture, carpets, coffins, and caskets. Today, located just off I-44 our space sits in a rural downtown at the cusp of revitalization. Restaurants, retail stores, and live-in lofts are popping up right and left. Our venue has a capacity of 99. We have 10 handmade folding tables with hairpin legs and vintage kitchen chairs to accompany. We have a collection of vintage furniture and eclectic furnishings available. During renovations, original brick was exposed on main walls, the ceiling lifted and an open concept was created. Our esthetic centers around vintage industrial.

Health and Safety Measures

You may leave all the furniture where it is. Wipe down tables with the non-bleach cleaning spray under the kitchen sink. Make sure nothing sticky residue is left. Grey cloths are in kitchen drawers to wipe down cabinets and tables. Sweep under tables and make sure there is nothing sticky on the floor. If so, spot clean with mop or Swiffer. Refill supplies may be found under or next to the sink in cabinet. Make sure no food residue or anything sticky is left in the kitchen sink. Wipe down cabinets with non-bleach spray. Clean up any leftover trash around the event space, outside the front and back entrance. Empty large trashcans, tie up bags, and put them in the dumpster behind the building. Large trash bags in the first cabinet under windows, leave bathroom trash as is. Large cleaning supplies can be left under the stairs and the small liquid cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
