About the Space
This is an artsy space. We hope to provide an inspirational work/creative place. A desk for 1 & a (fragile but) beautiful countertop to have a meal with 2 others. The living room blends in with the kitchen to provide a mastermind space for up to 7 people. The shower designed to optimize more of those Amazing shower thoughts.

3 cars can fit in our backyard. 2 behind the house & 1 all the way at the end of the driveway.
General Rules
This is a short basement. The ceilings are 6 feet tall.
Smoking IS NOT permitted.
Use of the beds will incur an extra $20 per bedroom ($40 extra).
No getting on top of countertop or putting excessive weight on the sides or the part that hangs over. This is a $10,000 counter top & replacing the whole piece will be pricey.

We have recording devices around the perimeter & inside upstairs where we live.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaning business that we do as our main occupation & we keep this place clean.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
