- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was as beautiful and well-lit as depicted in the online photographs. Shatoya, Simon, and Damon were incredibly helpful and communicated thoroughly from beginning to end. A very highly recommended meeting location!

Very clean and great natural lighting. Close to Bart and local transportation. Staff is very helpful and the environment is perfect to have a meeting. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to working with this facility again.
