Guest parking is conveniently located on the side of the building. Up to 4 vehicles can be reserved for free, so you must send us your car info and we will create a reservation for you in our system. Any additional cars must use street parking on Ralph McGill Blvd. Street parking is free and gives you access to the main facing entrance. If your car is not registered, unfortunately, your car is subject to be towed or booted, and we are not liable for any fees. There is also a loading dock in the back of the property if needed!

TIME: You may arrive in the parking lot 10 minutes before your booking start time. However, you must contact the host upon arrival to enter into the building. Your booking time includes: Setting up, breaking down and cleaning up. Failure to leave BEFORE your booking end time will result in over time fees so please keep track of the time. We will not extend your booking if you are late. We schedule a 30 min buffer between bookings to ensure our space gets cleaned before the next guests. TIME EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio's schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime ASAP so we can determine if your booking can be extended. NO OUTSIDE SPEAKER S ALLOWED: You may play music via our 65" TV or the bluetooth vanity mirror located in the loft. Absolutely no outside speakers- large or small. Violators will be fined and quickly asked to exit the premises. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per hour. NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire, smoking or illegal drugs is allowed anywhere in our studios or apartment building.
