Bright and spacious converted loft perfect for photo shoots. The space offers a large open kitchen dining living room space with a 10 ppl dining table. The space also offers excellent acoustics and a Boston grand piano also making it ideal for rehearsals and private concerts.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Such a great space!!
Wonderful, minimal space with just the right amount of warmth. Natural light by the windows made the couch our favorite spot to work. Gracious and kind host as well. Thank you!

All in all a great experience. HOST Kristine was a superb host. She was extremely communicative, even while traveling prior to the booking. She was present to show us the space and worked w me for ideal scheduling. SHOOT The shoot was centered around the piano and natural light. The windows on the Northeast side of the building gave wonderful indirect light, perfect for my needs. Some flash was used for fill, but overall we stayed tucked in that corner. SPACE Immaculate, high ceilings, all soft white walls and ceiling which worked well for soft bounce flash as needed. Bathroom and living room w piano were all that were used, and perfectly fit the bill. LOCATION Only a few blocks from the F train, and not too far from the bridge make this an easily-accessible location. There's a great coffee shop/cafe around the corner and a small grocery a block away if you need refreshments or if you arrive early or are meeting with clients before or after. It's also very close to the waterfront if you're combining indoor/outdoor locations. 5/5 - Thank you Kristine!

Beautiful space. The rooms we had access to were just as pictured. Kristine was very nice and helped us book a new date quickly when our first choice was unavailable. However, not all of the rooms shown in the listing were accessible. I do wish it had been communicated in advance that we would not be able to use one of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and closet area connecting them, since there were photos of them on Peerspace, and we had planned our shoot to include those rooms.
