- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

When we arrived the room was still dirty and we had to find someone to clean it. All wall plugs did not work so we had to go get a power strip and extension cord. Also when I called the number I was not able to get a hold of anyone. I did message and was able to get a hold of someone who apologized it not being cleaned. However, I still believe we should receive a discount.

I was very pleased with the professionalism I experienced during my event rental. For the team to work so diligently while there was a parade going on and being timely with everything, I was so appreciative. I will definitely rent again. Thanks OakStop team.

My group had a good experience in this space and we were treated so well by the on site staff. They really went above and beyond! The area is a bit challenging but there are many great restaurants for lunch and we didn’t have any safety problems. If you book here, you will get great staff support.

This office rental sufficed for what we needed. There were a few outlets that were non-operational, but power strips were provided instead. The fireplace didn't turn on. Very clean bathrooms to use. Drinking fountain in the hallway. I did not hear back from Simon when I reached out via phone call and messenger in the peerspace booking, but his colleague Charlie was there onsite morning of the booking and she was great.

Overall, a wonderful space with great lighting - we used it to simulate a team meeting for a photo shoot. I would use it for an actual team meeting and be happy with the space. The room was not as clean as I would hope, it definitely needed a good vacuum and the area rug needs to be cleaned.
