  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Hosting my boyfriends 30th birthday celebration at the Ron David Studio was spectacular! From our first encounter with Mr. Ron David himself we knew that this venue was the perfect location to throw our Roc Nation inspired party ! Ron’s communication was superb throughout our entire interaction - from the booking to the day of Ron responded promptly to every question and concern. Our guest spoke of how lovely and luxe the studio was ! So many were amazed by the LA vibes the studio portrayed right in the DMV ! Well done Ron David’s Studios !

Yes, I would book again.

The house is stunning. The pictures are nice, but once you see the in person you’ll be blown away. There was more than enough room to accommodate my 30 guests, a band and bartender station. Oh yes! It’s that spacious. When I arrived i was greeted with Ron’s beautiful assistant and cute dog who showed me around. Ron was very nice and responsive. At the very last minute I decided to extend my rental time and Ron was so kind to allow me to do so. So if you’re looking for a sign to book, here it is. Alison

I sent Ron David several messages, and he was always very responsive. The space was just as it appeared in the photos. We used it for a small team meeting, and it was perfect for our needs, except that it didn't have a white board. When I inquired about it, Ron David went the extra mile to have one installed. He also met us at the property to help us get situated. We had a great experience, and we could not have asked for a better host.
